For 6,000 years, Chinese medicine has recognized that no two bodies are identical. One person may thrive in "full sun" while another needs "shade" and constant "moisture" to bloom. Watering a cactus like a fern leads to immediate failure, yet we often treat our own health with the same generic, one-size-fits-all approach.
Book 4: Tend the Body Like a Garden provides the framework to stop treating your body like a machine and start nurturing it as a living ecosystem. Dr. Yi Song reveals how identifying your unique "internal terrain" or constitution is the essential foundation for long-term vitality and natural regeneration.
